I absolutely love this wonderful family owned and operated furniture store. My husband and I were looking for a new sofa but weren’t having much luck. We looked nearly everywhere locally and even began looking online but we still didn’t find what we were looking for. A new furniture store opened recently so on a whim we decided to check it out. As soon as we walked through the door we were greeted by Monique with a big genuine smile on her face. Everyone has, at one time or another, been accosted by a salesperson with that plastered on cheesy grin and felt ill at ease. This was the complete opposite of that. Monique was actually glad to see us in her store and genuinely happy to help us try to find the sofa we were looking for. She was so patient and explained the benefits and “bells and whistles” in depth when we testing out a sofa. I have a serious back injury so it’s a bit tricky finding something comfortable. We found exactly what we were looking for and the price was incredible! Literally all of the furniture in their store is priced very budget friendly and is very high quality. My husband and I are all about supporting local businesses and we are so happy to have discovered this new gem right here in our town. I highly recommend this furniture store to anyone looking for a new piece of furniture or just starting out and needing to furnish an entire home! I promise you will not be disappointed.

He balanced the correct helpfulness….not too pushy but found me at just the right moments. The store is beautiful, has gorgeous furniture, and the prices are very reasonable. Will definitely go back anytime I need furniture. It’s a delightful addition to the Petoskey/Harbor Springs area!
Kathy D.Jeremiah went above and beyond servicing our needs. We own a sober living home for men and needed to replace all of the furniture in the living room and bedrooms. Jeremiah showed us exceptional items that were going to hold up over time. He even came to the house and measured the space in the living room and all the bedrooms to ensure that everything would fit properly. Additionally he helped us purchase furniture pieces that were locally made. This business and their staff is a welcomed addition to our northern Michigan community.

We ended up choosing a floor model couch which was delivered today by two very nice guys. Polite and made sure to not do any damage as getting it in our home was tight. We ordered an ottoman too. Would highly recommend this store to anyone. Tysm for caring about your customers.
Dawn K.I was so pleasantly suprised by Little Traverse Furniture. It can be hard to find good quality items and professionalism this far north, but that is exactly what they delivered. I chatted with the owners, Steve and Monique and learned they have been in the furniture business for years - very knowledgable and very stylish. they definitely know how to put a room together and they ask the right questions to make sure you're getting exactly what you need.

He knew his furniture, and was patient to answer all our questions. If you have a chance to work with him at this store, you won't be sorry.
